Past and present collide when two couples explore love during a night in a hotel. Bea (Isabelle Fuhrman), a problematic teenager, reconciles with her introverted childhood friend Andy (Kyle Allen). The two will overcome their differences in social status during the night following the high school prom. The thirty-year-old Elizabeth (Anna Camp) will have to decide whether to save her relationship with Drew (Justin Chatwin) after a personal disappointment.
