A group of friends are going through a midlife crisis. They decide to remake a film from their youth, but they encounter unexpected events when they enter the jungle.
Doug (Jack Black) and Griff (Paul Rudd) have been best friends since childhood and have always dreamed of remaking their all-time favorite film: the cinematic classic Anaconda. When a midlife crisis pushes them to finally take the plunge, they set out into the depths of the Amazon to begin filming.
