Frank is a retired sheriff forced to rely on the skills of his previous job when two fleeing criminals threaten the lives of his loved ones. After his brother Mathias is mortally wounded in the course of a bad robbery, Jamie chases traumatology doctor Rich from the hospital to his home. Jamie then decides to take Rich’s wife and daughter hostage, then ordering the man to operate on his brother. This is good for Rich, who will team up with his father, Frank, to ensure the safety of his family.
