The story is set in the legendary Aokigahara forest, a true place of 35 km² of Japan, located at the north-western base of Mount Fuji.
The film tells the story of a young American woman who comes to Japan in search of the mysterious disappearance twin sister. In spite of all the warnings not to stray from the path, dares to enter the forest to discover the truth about the fate of his sister. The consequences will be fatal: in the forest will meet the tormented souls of the dead who attack anyone who crosses their path.
